Born in Basingstoke, Hurley was a struggling actress in 1987, when she met Grant while working on a Spanish production called Remando Al Viento. In 1994, Grant became the focus of worldwide media attention due to the global box office success of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral. Hurley accompanied him to the film’s London premiere and was noted for wearing a plunging black Versace dress held together with gold safety pins. According to The Guardian, Hurley was “then known as ‘Hugh Grant’s girlfriend,’ now known as ‘Hugh Grant’s former girlfriend,’” due to their high-profile romantic relationship that ended in 2000.

Christian Charles Philip Bale (born 30 January 1974) is a Welsh-born English actor. In addition to starring roles in big budget Hollywood films, he has long been heavily involved in independent and art house films.
Bale first caught the public eye when he was cast in the starring role of Steven Spielberg’s Empire of the Sun at the age of 13, playing an English boy who is separated from his parents and subsequently finds himself lost in a Japanese internment camp during World War II. Since then, he has portrayed a wide range of characters. Bale is especially noted for his cult following: the tenth anniversary issue of Entertainment Weekly hailed him as one of the “Top 8 Most Powerful Cult Figures of the Past Decade”, citing his cult status on the Internet. EW called Bale one of the “Most Creative People in Entertainment” in anticipation of the release American Psycho (2000).

Benjamin Edward “Ben” Stiller (born November 30, 1965) is an American comedian, actor, film director, and producer. He is the son of veteran comedians and actors Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara.
After beginning his acting career with a play, Stiller wrote several mockumentaries, and was offered two of his own shows, both entitled The Ben Stiller Show. After acting in a few films, Stiller had his directorial debut with Reality Bites, and has since written, starred in, directed, and/or produced over fifty films and television shows. His films had grossed more than $1.95 billion, with an average of $75 million per film. In 2008, he starred in the movie Tropic Thunder, which he also co-wrote, co-produced, and directed.

Seth Rogen (born April 15, 1982) is a Canadian actor, comedian, writer and film producer. He began his career doing stand-up comedy for four years during his teens, coming in second place in the Vancouver Amateur Comedy Contest when he was 16. While still living in Canada, he auditioned for (and ultimately landed) a supporting role in Freaks and Geeks. After he moved to Los Angeles for the role, Freaks and Geeks was canceled after one season. He then got a part on the equally short-lived Undeclared, which also hired him as a staff writer.
